I have one more question.
In EAD form, Q.11 Which USCIS center and Date(s).
What date we have to write? I am trying to fill up the pdf electronically. So it is allowing me to write only one date. So it should be the start date of previous EAD or end date? or range of date like 07/11/2008 - 07/12/2009
It is not range. It is the USCIS receipt date for previous EAD application. So you have to see previous I765 application receipt. For on-line all the information will come like this:

I am a healthcare professional on an H-1B because I am not a nurse nor a PT so I don't fit into that elite Schedule A Club! Ironically, there is a far greater shortage of professionals in my field than in nursing (PT's are still in high demand), but I don't qualify for Schedule A so I'm stuck between two worlds. To be quite honest, I'd rather be stuck in limbo with you guys than to be grouped with them any way! Keep hoping, keep smiling and something good will happen!

10/20 is fine with me. Another IV member vs116 has agreed to attend it along with me.
I would prefer - Troy, Rochester, Royal Oak , Sterling Heights, Madison Heights, Utica etc. as long as it's agreeable to the majority. I think we should go by majority of participants.

svam77, I read your link. b.5 can be interpreted anyway one desires. So if we file 485 without the 140 receipt, but with only fedex proof of 140 delivery OR receipt# from check, it is completely up to the adjudicator whether to accept or deny or request more evidence. Agree?

Who can apply for 485?
My Labor was approved and I-140 pending.
My PD is Feb, 2006.
Can I apply for 485 now.
My both daughters are in India.
If I can apply now then I will have to bring my daughters immdtly to U.S.

people with earlier priority dates who are able to file/not file for I-485 at this time wont be effected much with people with recent priority dates who file their AOS remember while getting IN u may multiple doors ..exit is only one and ordered

This might work !! We should have state chapters collect a minimum amt of $50 or so and register people who agree to attend the rally. Then upon showing up on the rally day they will be reimbursed the fee...!

that is true and if you actually go a hospital u know that the nurses are really needed. maybe we should get a direct GC too :)
H1B was misused and abused so much by the industry that the local
population has become hostile to the whole concept of foreign engineers/IT workers. Companies like Infosys, TCS hire 100% IT staff from India etc.
(saying that no US citizen/GC available...thats like lying in broad daylight)
Nurses came on Green cards and were free to change jobs etc. so
they affected the local job market to a far lesser degree so the opposition
is less.

See so many ppl getting their EADs in 15-20 days. Mine was filed in first week of May at NSC, still no news. From the LUDs, it doesn't appear anyone has touched the applications yet.
Are these fast approvals only from TSC or there r ppl from NSC who see 15-20 day approvals?

just changed job and Sep 18th was my first day at new job. Because of some silly mistakes of paralegal from previous company I have to restart my GC journey from scratch ...:(. Actually I do not need GC just need EAD for my wife.
Contribution til date:
1> Introduced 4-5 friends and they are now IV members ..
2>I tried to motivate friends to participate in rally who really wants to settle down here(Due to family reason I am not planning to settle down in US.).
3>I have been in constant touch with my senator Mr. Kohl(from WI) and his Immigration department. (His immigration department helped me a lot for my mom's visitor visa.)

Based on the instruction of the paper file EAD, you can file your application based on the state you live in. it is either nebraska or texas.

Do you happen to anything similar thread or resource for paper filing.
I am confused on address fro mailing....
I live in PA and 485 pending at Nebraska...whereas EAD was issued last time from California...

Oh, one more..if you are trying to print the letters and send in regular mail. The existing IV template is not printing name and address on the letter. Please include your real name and address as well.
